He has served as congregational leader at Manasseh Shalom Ministries in Long Beach, California
where he received his ordination as a Messianic Pastor and Messianic Rabbi in July of 1984.
In April 1990, he and his wife Batya began attending Adat HaMashiach Messianic Congregation in Irvine, California
which was later renamed Adat Hallel Messianic Congregation where he served
as Shamashim Director, Treasurer and Cantor until June of 2014, when he became the congregational leader.
John received his ordination as a Messianic Pastor in 2012 from the International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues.
John and Batya are the proud parents of 3 girls, 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchidren.
